General Improvements

Improved Change Channel behavior.
The last selected channel is now tracked separately for each opened client window.
The selected channel is updated only if the channel change succeeds.
Messages shown during restricted channel change attempts are now cleaner and easier to understand.
Improved refinement confirmation prompts.
The prompt now correctly shows whether the item can downgrade or will stay at the current upgrade level if the upgrade fails.
Added new beginner costumes.
The Damage Stone Ranking category has been reset.
Reworked periodic announcements and quick tip texts.

Time Elixir price has been decreased from 100 Cor to 50 Cor.
Buffi Master Book and Buffi Master Stone are now tradable and can be sold in private shops.
Improved the drop chance for stage keys in Nemere and Razador.
Keys should now be easier to obtain during these dungeon stages.
Beran's Chest can now also drop Dragon Scales and Dragon Claws.
Stone of Blacksmith has been removed from Dungeon Boss chests.
It now drops directly from dungeon bosses instead.
Ice Witch received a HP increase from 50kk to 75kk.
Adjusted prices and added new items in the World Cup Boss Medal Shop.

Fixed the issue that blocked Guild War declarations.
Guilds are no longer incorrectly stopped with a guild level too low message.
War eligibility now correctly checks the required member count.

Fixed some rare issues where players were not eligible to collect World Boss Coins after the event.
Fixed Nemere Pillar hitbox.
Fixed missing item descriptions for Growth Pet and Buffi items across all supported languages.
Fixed skill descriptions that could appear incorrectly or incomplete in the client.
Fixed a visual bug where dead players could appear incorrectly mounted for other players after teleporting or warping.
The Wedding Ring can no longer be used to teleport into or out of dungeons.
If either spouse is inside a dungeon, the teleport is blocked and the player receives a clear message.
Fixed an issue where changing channels while dead could temporarily block restart actions.
Fixed the incorrect message and state shown when trying to change channels during combat.
Fixed several Change Channel issues where the system could remain stuck after a failed channel change attempt. This includes combat, dungeons and restricted areas.
