Guild System Rework
Throughout our previous previews, we introduced several of the new systems coming to guilds with Phase 2.
Now, we want to bring everything together and complete the Guild Rework preview by introducing two more major additions: Guild Roles and Guild Alchemy.
- Guild Listings will allow players who are not currently part of a guild to browse active guilds, view useful information, filter the available options, and find a guild that matches their progression and playstyle. Only guilds that have reached at least Level 3 will appear in the listings.
- Guild Applications will make joining a guild much easier and more organized. Guild leaders will be able to keep applications open or closed, while guild members can review applicants, inspect the equipment they were wearing at the moment of application, and give an upvote or downvote before the guild leader makes the final decision.
Guild Leaders will be able to view the exact equipment a player had equipped when applying to their guild.
- Guild Messages will bring communication directly into the Guild interface. Members will be able to chat, coordinate activities, and use the new Shared Location feature, which sends the player’s map, channel, and coordinates to the entire guild. Other members will receive a Guild Call interface and will be able to teleport to the shared location for up to 10 minutes.
Introducing Guild Roles
With Guild Roles, guild management will become much more flexible and Discord-like. Guild leaders will be able to create fully customized roles, each with its own name, color, icon, and set of permissions. These permissions can control actions such as inviting new players, removing members, writing guild notices, using guild skills, and managing other guild roles.
Introducing Guild Alchemy
We are also introducing Guild Alchemy, a new shared progression system designed to reward active and organized guilds. Guild Alchemy unlocks once the guild reaches Level 25. From that point onward, members will be able to donate Cor Draconis (Rough) to increase the guild’s Alchemy progress. The system contains 3 levels, with each level further improving the Mythic Dragon Soul set bonus received by guild members. The effect is applied individually based on each member’s active Mythic Dragon Soul set, allowing every player to benefit according to their own Alchemy progression. The Guild Alchemy bonus will only remain active while Guild Bonus Time is running.
